All of chauffeur d’Excellence’s airport pickups include a complimentary meet & greet service. Unless otherwise specified, you should expect your chauffeur to meet you at the main entrance/exit of the pick-up address provided.

Certain more frequently-requested pickup locations, (e.g. stadiums, airports, train stations) will have specific instructions. Whenever available, this information listed within the pickup address field of your booking confirmation.

• Airports

At most airports, the chauffeur will wait at the exit after baggage claim with a personalized pickup sign.

In some cases, our chauffeurs are required to wait at a specific location due to local airport regulations. If meet & greet isn't available at your airport or there are specific instructions, those details will be included in the pickup address section of your booking confirmation.

• Train Stations

For train station pickups, the booking confirmation email will include the exact street name for your pickup, so you know which station exit to use.

Most of time, you should expect your chauffeur to meet you at the end of your train platform with a personalized pickup sign.

Remember, you're always welcome to call your chauffeur to arrange another pickup location.
