You can add a promo code during the booking process, either by applying a pre-loaded Promotion (only available to certain users at this time) or by inserting a promo code.

Please note that our care team is unable to apply promo codes on your behalf. Any promotions must be applied during the booking process. It is also not possible to apply or add a promo code to a ride that has already taken place.
