Your booking includes a set amount of waiting time based on your pickup location. Extra wait time may be available on request. Waiting starts at your scheduled pickup.

Wait time at a street address

For a standard pickup (i.e. from a hotel or home address), your chauffeur will wait for 30 minutes before leaving the pickup point. The first 15 minutes are complimentary, and you’ll only be charged for the remaining 15 minutes.

Wait time at the airport

We know that airport transfers can be extra stressful so we’ll always give you an hour of complimentary wait time before the chauffeur will need to move on. Meaning flight delays won’t set your whole journey back.

By adding your flight or train number when booking, your chauffeur will be able to track your arrival time and accommodate any delays or early arrivals (where possible). If there’s a very long delay and your chauffeur is unable to wait, we’ll contact you to work out an alternative solution.

Wait time at a stop

Your free wait time applies at pickup only. Any stops along the way are charged per minute, with rates varying by city.
If you'd like to include additional stops during your one-way booking -- be it a short or long-distance trip, you can mention them in the "Special requests" or "Notes for the chauffeur" field when making your booking. Please note that, any extra waiting time or additional driving distance will be calculated and charged after the ride, as these are not included in the original price.

If your journey includes multiple stops within the same city, we recommend booking our by-the-hour service. Simply list your planned stops in the "Special requests" or "Notes for the chauffeur" field so the chauffeur can plan the route in advance. Our by-the-hour service includes 40 kilometers of travel per booked hour and must begin and end in the same city. If your ride ends in a different city, additional charges will apply to cover the chauffeur’s return trip.

Wait time with by-the-hour rides

Hourly rides book your chauffeur for a set time, so no wait time is included. Your ride starts at your chosen pickup time. If you think you’ll need extra time, just ask your chauffeur if they’re available to extend the booking. Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments at the same rate as your booking.
