How can I make changes to my booking?
The quickest and easiest way to edit or cancel your booking is through our website. You can instantly confirm changes at the best available price, whether you’re updating the pick-up time or address, or adjusting the guest’s phone number.
Before editing your ride
Please keep in mind:
If you’ve arranged an airport transfer, we’ll track your flight arrival time and adjust your pickup time so that your chauffeur is waiting for you on arrival. This means you can relax and take your time knowing that we’re informed and waiting for you. You won't necessarily see a change of pickup time on your end, but don’t worry, your chauffeur will be automatically notified of any changes.
How to edit via the website
Sign in, click on your profile and select “Rides”.
Select the ride that you would like to change and click "Edit booking". (If the button is not visible it is because the ride is no longer editable. Please check our booking change policy at the end of this article.)
Click the pen icon in the corresponding section you want to make changes to.
After you make your changes, Click “Save” to apply the changes, or “Cancel” to discard the changes.

Be ware, spontaneous changes in destination or additional stops may incur additional charges for one-way transfers, as may exceeding the distance included with a by-the-hour booking.
